Helpful information for those who weren't able to sell their home:
After your home didn't sell for any reason and has been taken off market, Cancelled or Expired then the listing must remain in an off-market status of Cancelled or Expired for more than 45 consecutive days in order for "Agent Days On Market" (ADOM) resets to 0 (zero).
There is at least a 90 day gap between the previous permanently off market listing (EXPD, CANC) and the New listing for "Cumulative Days on Market" (CDOM) to be set to 0 days! After waiting those time frames then your listing will have the appearance as a brand new listing! Should you decide to list your home before 90 days are up but after 45 days then your CDOM will continue to count as each day goes by showing that your home has not sold since listed the previous time!
