Today was my BIRTHDAY! BUT SINCE I'm a CONCIERGE REALTOR, I postponed my birthday celebration.
* A CONCIERGE REALTOR MEANS I do whatever it takes to make sure my sellers get top dollar. So today I hired my son to help me paint for my client's soon to be listing. My son rolled while I cut-in.
* My client has been working hard for 2 mths clearing out all that has been collected in house per my suggestions on her large house. She has lived there for 30 years & has raised her kids there.
* When kids move out, they leave a lot of their stuff behind which has sentimental attachment to them because they typically move into a place that they can't take their stuff with them.
* So, I pitched in by painting to get her house on the market soon.
* I'm celebrating my birthday when I get in the cool weather of the mountains of NC at the end of this month.
