Our Travel Club journeyed all the way to Antarctica! ✈️❄️🌎

Residents enjoyed a taste of what the locals love, marmite spread on biscuits, Moscow Mules 🫚 and a fascinating documentary exploring theories of lost civilizations and possible alien activity hidden beneath Antarctica’s massive ice sheets. 👽

Of course, no Travel Club adventure would be complete without one of Sam’s incredible displays…this one even featured a UFO spaceship sighting. 🛸 The parka was a nice touch too! 🤣

Last week, The Princess Martha had the pleasure of hosting the Rotary Club of St. Petersburg happy hour on our fabulous pool deck! Our wonderful ambassador residents welcomed Rotary members for an evening of making new friends, showcasing our beautiful community, enjoying music by the Tune Jugglers, and delicious charcuterie.

Fun fact: Years ago, The Princess Martha Hotel was one of the downtown locations where the Rotary Club of St. Petersburg held meetings and even more special, both The Princess Martha and the Rotary Club of St. Petersburg have been part of downtown St. Pete for more than 100 years!

Rotary is one of the world’s largest service organizations, bringing together community and business leaders dedicated to “Service Above Self.” We are proud to be members and supporters of a group that continues to make such a positive impact in our community.

Thank you so much to Issana, one of our dining room servers for brightening our residents’ day through the “Blankets Built on Kindness” program. 💛 This wonderful program provides blankets to senior communities to let residents know they are valued and loved. These thoughtful gifts brought smiles (and a few tears) to three of our amazing residents. 🩷
