Just completed an interesting, but complex assignment. Was really pleased to find this appropriate comparable sale. On top of that, the agent was very helpful with relevant information.

The deadline is quickly approacing for applications for The Appraisal Foundation's Appraisal Standards Board and Appraiser Qualifications Board! This year, there are up to three seats available on the AQB and up to four seats on the ASB. The deadline to apply is July 24th.

Now we have a source to explain the latest acronym "TEACH". This looks like a great in-person event.

Educators and industry professionals alike are invited to attend TEACH (Townhall for Educators on Appraisal Challenges and Happenings) during the 2026 Joint Council Meetings.

This session provides a space for open dialogue about the challenges and opportunities facing appraisal education today—and how we can move the profession forward together.
