This month brought so many amazing moments — in business, in life, and in the community we’re so lucky to be part of.

What a Game! 🧡⚾️🏡

A huge thank you to Metro Development Group and Dream Finders Homes for the incredible Home Plate Club seats at the Rays game!

This one felt extra special for Kristen. Nine years ago, she was at a crossroads — considering a role with Metro Development Group while also finishing up her real estate license. Within a day, she received that job offer and passed her real estate exam.

She chose real estate.

Now, nine years later, she found herself standing in the Rays Home Plate Club courtesy of Metro, watching the screen show them as the game sponsor — after recently helping close four homes in Seaire, one of their beautiful new lagoon communities.

A true full-circle moment. And one filled with so much gratitude.
