🎉 Big congratulations to my amazing buyer!

After her home faced unexpected flooding from Hurricane Helene, we pivoted from our original plan to list her house and found the perfect place for her to land in North Saint Pete!

This charming condo offers her a fresh start and a safe, cozy retreat while she tackles the rehab on her home.
