If you’re a first time homebuyer and work full time in an eligible profession, you could qualify for up to $35,000 toward your down payment and closing costs. 💙🏠 Funds are limited and available on a first come, first served basis, so waiting could mean missing out.
Some of the eligible professions include:
👩🏫 Teachers and school staff
🩺 Healthcare workers
👮 Law enforcement
🚒 Firefighters and first responders
⚖️ Court and public safety employees
🧸 Child care workers
🇺🇸 Active duty military, National Guard, Coast Guard, Reserves, and qualifying veterans employed full time in Florida (Florida Housing)
A few important things to know:
✅ Up to 5% of your loan amount, with assistance ranging from $10,000 to $35,000
✅ Works with FHA, VA, USDA, and Conventional loans
✅ Repayment isn’t due until you sell, refinance, transfer ownership, or stop using the home as your primary residence.
