Mortgage rates have been creeping down the last few weeks - finally seeing numbers to be excited about!

Now the question is, is this enough to get buyers back into the market? Or do other economic factors require them to wait for a bigger drop?

And the bigger question - WILL the rates drop more, or is this just a quick dip like we saw last year?
