It’s easy to walk into a Home Depot or Lowes and get just about everything you need for your next project, but there’s something extra special about buying local from privately owned businesses that makes you feel at home. When you’ve got a fixer-upper, a new project, or you’re just in need of some tools, consulting your local hardware store is the best option.

I personally shop at Island Ace Hardware for all of my home projects.

Everything in your life right now is a result of following your beliefs. Your relationships, income, and health are all a product of 𝘸𝘩𝘢𝘵 𝘺𝘰𝘶 𝘣𝘦𝘭𝘪𝘦𝘷𝘦 𝘺𝘰𝘶 𝘥𝘦𝘴𝘦𝘳𝘷𝘦.

Therefore, you will never get more than you think you can get. So in order to get more, you must elevate your sense of what you believe you deserve. This isn't an easy task. In order to act on these bigger dreams, you have to put yourself in a situation that forces you to rise to the occasion. Otherwise, you will stay where you are comfortable. Change your mindset, and you can change your life.

As I'm sure you have heard, the real estate market is crazy right now. I'm talking 35 offers, $100,000 over asking, waived inspections, offering your kidney, crazy. This is a result of a severe inventory shortage – but how does this affect you?

If you're thinking of 𝚜𝚎𝚕𝚕𝚒𝚗𝚐, the time is NOW. With no inventory, you will likely attract many more motivated buyers than you typically would, which means more potential offers (and probably even a bidding war). If you are thinking about making a move in the next 3-5 years, I would strongly suggest you consider selling THIS year. Just like our economy, the real estate market has a cycle – and we are at the top of it right now.
