Sometimes a home doesn’t need a major overhaul. It needs a different strategy. 🏡
These sellers came to me after their home had been on the market for more than six months. After some honest conversations, a few minimal updates, and a fresh approach to the listing, we were under contract in less than two weeks.
That’s why I believe selling a home is about more than putting it on the MLS. Pricing, presentation, marketing, feedback, and knowing when to make an adjustment all matter.

No broom? No problem. 😂
Final walkthrough day at a vacant listing, and I noticed some bugs had collected around the entry.
Broom on site? Nope.
Old real estate flyers? Yep. 😂
The house had already been deep cleaned prior to marketing the property, but the little things still matter — especially when the buyer is about to walk through the door one last time before closing.
Getting a property under contract doesn’t mean I’m done taking care of it.
Sometimes real estate is pricing strategy, marketing and negotiations…and sometimes it’s sweeping bugs with whatever you can find. 😂
Just another behind-the-scenes moment on the way to the closing table. 🔑

I’ve now had the privilege of putting a SOLD sign on this home twice — just from two different sides of the transaction. 🏡❤️
Back in 2021, I helped my friend purchase this home as new construction. Five years later, a job transfer to Atlanta meant it was time for another move — and I was grateful they called me again, this time to help them sell.
One of my favorite parts of real estate is getting to work with clients through different seasons of life. Sometimes I’m helping you find the home. Sometimes I’m helping you move on from it. And sometimes, I’m lucky enough to do both.
