I just did some analysis on other vacation rental operators that are direct competitors of ours in the Golden Isles.

Guess what?

We by FAR have the highest guest ratings across all platforms.

I'm not ever going to blast another company directly but Local Operator 1 and 2 are our biggest competitors on St. Simons and large operators.

Operators 3 and 4 are on Jekyll.

The decision to go with a property management company for your biggest assets is a serious one. Some of them have a much bigger presence than we do so they get the business. But that doesn't make them good.

Some of them just talk a really good game but their guest ratings don't reflect that.

We are hiring inspectors for our vacation rentals on St. Simons, Jekyll, Brunswick and Waverly!

Here are the highlights:
✅ You will get to some cool homes in the area!
✅ We pay per inspection. Each inspection typically takes 30-45 minutes
✅ Must have STRONG attention to detail and good communication skills.
✅ Must have a smart phone to complete the inspections on.
✅ Must have your own reliable transportation.
✅ We prefer candidates that have availability throughout the week but would consider those that can only work weekends.
✅ Inspections typically are 2:30-4pm so you can usually do 2 of them if available.
✅ Must have your own Jekyll pass to take inspections on Jekyll.

If you have extra pet supplies or money, No Kill Glynn County could really use it right now. They are helping take in displaced pets from the fires.

HUGE THANKS to the folks at Golden Isles Retreats for this amazing donation which was delivered to us at the perfect time!

We currently have 14 cats & kittens in our care who have come to us from Brantley County. Their owners have been displaced or are unknown. Please continue to offer assistance, support, love & prayers to those who have been affected.
