Hey FB friends! As we head into the new year, I’m excited to share that I’m giving my entire real estate business — along with my YouTube channel and social media presence — a full refresh for 2026. I’ve been working behind the scenes for a while now, and I can’t wait for you to see what’s coming!

Over the years, many of you have followed my page “365 Things to Do on Saint Simons Island,” which grew to over 3,000 followers and became a fun place to highlight island events, lifestyle, and local happenings.

Well… that page is about to play an even bigger role.
