Home Inspections!! 🔍🏡

One of the most critical pieces of the residential real estate process for buyers is a good home inspection. That way you know what you're getting into - and have the best chance of finding any major issues before completing the purchase.

Shout-out to Matthew Drury with Legacy Property Inspections, I know my clients are always in good hands with him, and I've learned so much from him myself throughout the years.

Fun fact - the first time I met Matthew was when he discovered major foundation issues on what was supposed to be my first home purchase, cue me crying in the backyard. 😂 Thankfully today's inspection for my buyers went much better than that one.
