So I downsized when I moved to the island and I've lived here for 8 years and have still not unpacked everything but there are several items that are special to me that I've wanted to find in those boxes and this is one. Brought back as an antique from my great-great uncle to my great great aunt during World War II and she left it to my grandmother who then left it to me so it's a very special vase. Japanese Satsuma meiji period, hope to pass it along.

My sweetest Foster boy ever is back at the humane society because I have to get a hip transplant. If there's anyone that has an open place in their home or their heart please let us know about this sweet boy. He was abused, he was set on fire and despite all that he loves everybody and everything. He is so happy to be loved. Hes great with other dogs hes great with people and kids hes good with cats although he likes to play a little bit rough with them, He's all about love and play!
