Our condo has a fully equipped kitchen, living room with a new sofa and a comfy recliner, and master bedroom with a new king size bed. We have two TV's with cable and wireless internet. The condo complex has tennis courts, playground and two pools. One of the pools is seasonally heated. It is less than a mile from the pier and the Village area. It is an easy walk (or bike ride) to restaurants and
unique shops. Ocean Walk is one of the most desired locations on St. Simons, although it is not ocean front. It is very family oriented yet very quiet for those seeking relaxation. There is a fully stocked pond and more ducks than you can imagine. There is a gym in the club house as well as an office area and laundry facilities. The closest public beach access is at Massengale Park. It is located about a mile from Ocean Walk. Our condo is upstairs and on the back side of the building. There is a private balcony perfect for your morning cup of coffee or reading in the afternoon. We plan on renting it out for a few days, weekly or monthly during the winter months. If you or someone you know would like to rent the condo please let us know. We are very selective about who we rent it to. Guests must older than 25 years old. Our nightly rates are:
