I am knowledgeable, ethical, intelligent, and friendly. Beyond these general skills, I have some that are uniquely specific to me. My college degree is in architecture, and I worked for many years as an interior designer for some of the finest firms in New England. This allows me to help my sellers prepare their houses for success in the market, and I always have an informed opinion when my buyers

ask how they might update a house to suit their needs. I have spent much of my life working with computers, and my husband and I founded one of the first internet retail sites in 1994. Buyers know I can quickly find all the houses that meet their criteria, sellers trust me to understand and take advantage of the latest online marketing tools, and all my clients benefit from my fluency in electronic contract distribution and other tools of the real estate trade. I am a life-long learner. I routinely take three or four times the number of continuing eduction classes that are required for me to keep my license as a Realtor. In the past year, I have studied contracts, ethics, property marketing, property pricing, resort and second home marketing, and negotiation, among other topics. I always enjoy using my new skills to enhance my practice of real estate sales. Most importantly, I really love helping people navigate the sometimes tricky process of buying or selling a home. I am thankful every day that I have the personality and skills to be a successful realtor!
