Serving Central Texas for all real estate needs. Temple, TX has been my home since 2007. I grew up just outside of Dallas in Mesquite, TX.

My family and I love this community dearly, and I am honored to serve others in Central Texas by guiding them through the home buying/selling process. My husband and I both graduated from Texas A&M University in 2007. Upon college graduation, I moved to Temple to begin a career in healthcare. My husband moved to Temple shortly thereafter, and has since been a coach and teacher at Temple High Schoo

l. After over a decade of working in healthcare, I decided to pursue my other passion of becoming a REALTOR®. My husband and I have two wonderful children, whom we have chosen to raise right here in Central Texas. Did you know that licensed real estate agents have TONS of laws, rules and guidelines to follow? One of them includes me posting this updated form anywhere that I post about my real estate business 😎

This form gives a brief intro on the various ways I can represent you in a real estate transaction.

Your takeaway: any licensed real estate agent owes you minimum duties whether they’re representing you or not.

However, in order to be FULLY taken care of, you absolutely want to enter into an official representation agreement with your real estate agent. A representation agreement allows me to fully serve you and work with your best interest in mind at all times 💜

One sweet family, two milestone closings!

This past week was a big one for my clients! We closed on the sale of their very first home, then closed on the purchase of their new home 2 days later. They came to me with a goal for their family, and I’m proud to say we made it a reality!

Inspection day on a BRAND NEW BUILD?!?!? Absolutely.

I always, every single time, regardless of the builder, 100% recommend having your own inspection completed on a brand new build!

Usually nothing major is found, but it’s common for small items to pop up that need tweaking prior to closing. It’s also a great opportunity to learn the ins-and-outs of your next house.

The goal is for everything to be addressed on the front end so you can fully enjoy your new home once you move in!

Not only do we sell real estate, but we also put on a very fun and successful golf tournament each year. This year, 100% of our proceeds from our annual golf tournament will benefit: Thanksgiving Food Packages for those in need in the community & Christmas toys with Toys for Tots.
