I’m so excited about my second name tag this week and truly honored to serve on the board of the Salado Chamber of Commerce. I absolutely love our little town and being part of promoting everything that makes Salado special. 🤍

Today was such a treat — I got to play Bunco with the amazing ladies of the The Great Place Spouses' Club on Fort Hood, and wow… it brought back all the memories. 🎲

I hadn’t played in years, but the minute you sit down with military spouses, it’s like no time has passed at all. The laughter and the instant camaraderie — it’s just something special you don’t have to explain if you’ve lived it.

I even won a great prize — I’m getting brand new headshots with Khanetic Images! 📸✨

So grateful for the friendships, the shared understanding, and a really great afternoon.

Loved spending time today with the Salado Ladies Community League and hearing longtime Salado resident and artist Ronnie Wells share stories from his incredible career.

Learning the history and craftsmanship behind the iconic “Cowboy” bronze on Main Street, inspired by Lonesome Dove and Robert Duvall’s character, gave me a whole new appreciation for our town.
