Every time someone chooses to work with myself or Nancy L. Phillips- Licensed TX Realtor, we provide a scholarship for a local high school senior!

Nancy and I received over 60 nominations for students at Salado all from teachers, friends, family, and counselors. These students are so deserving of our “Strive for 25 Scholarship Program.”

From golfers, to welders, to 4-H and FFA members, dancers, their list of achievements was impressive. Huge congratulations to these 7 students. We can’t wait to see the impact you make on our world in the future!

When I tour homes with buyers, the shower is always a highlight if it’s done right.

My question for everyone is “How long do you spend in the shower?” It’s none of my business really, but think about this.

We have 1440 minutes in every day. If your shower is 10-12 minutes long, that’s less than 1% of your day. Where will you be in the house the other 1425 minutes of the day?

Priorities are different for everyone, but my clients are my priority every day.
