well it here AI is new to us all. to me it looks like this is the way people are heading. These are links to site listing and ways to buy home. Interest rate seem high but are they? They are not like the 2008 way 18-22 not yet but 6-8 is not bad if you are starting out 1st time buyer type. No if you are at 2-4 right now it would not be smart to refine wait. Residential Highlights
New listings (355) increased
44.3 from the 246 listed in October
2020, and decreased 1.9 from the
362 listed in September 2021.
Pending sales (316) increased
38.0 from the 229 offers accepted
in October 2020, and decreased
0.6 from the 318 offers accepted in
September 2021.
Closed sales (292) increased 9.8
from the 266 closings in October
2020, and decreased 5.2 from the
308 closings in September 2021.
Inventory increased to 1.2 months
in October. Total market time
decreased to 24 days.

for Polk and Marion counties, so data
reported will not reflect the entire
market.

new listings (3,397) increased 18.2,
pending sales (2,868) increased 9.3,
and closed sales (2,581) increased

Average and Median Sale Prices
Comparing 2021 to 2020 through
October, the average sale price has
increased 19.4 from $369,100 to
$440,700. In the same comparison,
the median sale price has increased
16.0 from $344,900 to $400,000.
