The renovation includes new windows, flooring, kitchen cabinets, countertops, lighting, paint, bathroom updates, and refinished hardwood floors. Outside, there’s also a huge backyard, deck, storage shed, and durable metal roof. 🏡🔨

It isn’t finished yet—but it’s already looking like a completely different home!

Final systems update at the Upland renovation in Roanoke, VA 🔧🏡

The washer pump-up system is officially installed to separate it from the sump pump. The washing machine now drains into the pump, then pumps up into the sewer line — with indoor venting, so no exterior venting needed 💧✔️

The new HVAC unit is also in, which means all three levels now have updated systems 🔥

This project had a lot of work behind the scenes — some fun, some not so fun — but Damon Buys Houses got it done.
