Good morning friends and family!

By the grace of God, I am happy to say that my Real Estate career has taken off into a spontaneous, new direction.

MKB has so graciously opened up a new office location in my beautiful hometown of New Castle, right off of Main Street.

This is such a wonderful opportunity, and I am so excited to be able to serve my home community, alongside another MKB colleague, Chasity Labiosa.

Because Chasity and I both live in New Castle and work for the same company, with the same ethics, values and knowledge, it was a no brainer for us to lock hands in this new venture.

We are proud to announce that we will be handling any new & upcoming New Castle clients together, giving you two hardworking, dedicated agents on your side. This will not affect any fees that we charge- all of that will be the same. The only thing that will change, is having not one, but two agents in your corner when buying or selling in our community.

Because of this, we have shifted our focus to advertising on our new page (listed below). I encourage you to go like and follow that page, as that will be where you are going to be able to follow along this new journey with me.

Hurricane Helene has devastated our friends in SWVA. RVAR has teamed up with the New River Valley Association and with the SWVA Association to collect supplies for those in need. Please deliver the supplies to the RVAR by Thursday, October 3. The supplies will be picked up early on Friday to be taken to where they are needed. Please give anything you can.

All I can say is... WOW!

This news story highlights MKB, REALTORS and all that we, as a brokerage, do for the community.

We are involved on so many levels, because we care so much about our local community.

I am proud to be a part of MKB's Community Action Team (CAT) who coordinates and organizes volunteer opportunities for our agents, as well as charity donations.

MKB raised over $100,000 for Renovation Alliance, which focuses on helping folks in our community who have became 'prisoners of their homes' and helps with the costs in rebuilding and replacing items in their home, that in turn changes their whole quality of life.

I LOVE MY BROKERAGE! We are united, and we are family!
