A huge congratulations to Kyle & Julia on their new home in Canfield! 🎉

This one was a true team effort. With Kyle and Julia moving from the Columbus area, we spent many weekends scheduling long days of showings and making the most of every trip to Northeast Ohio. Their patience, flexibility, and commitment paid off, and we were able to find the right home for them.

Helping clients navigate a move from another city always comes with unique challenges, but seeing everything come together on closing day makes it all worth it.

Most people know me as a realtor, but what many may not realize is that I’m also a Track & Field coach at Salem High School.

For the past six years I’ve had the privilege of serving as the boys head track coach and sprint coach while continuing to grow my real estate business. Both careers have taught me many of the same lessons—leadership, communication, preparation, accountability, and helping people reach goals they once thought were out of reach.

This past weekend, I had the opportunity to coach some incredible young men and women at the OHSAA State Track & Field Championships in Columbus. Watching athletes achieve personal bests, break school records, earn All-Ohio honors, stand on the podium, and even bring home a State Championship is something I’ll never forget.

Coaching has given me a chance to make an impact beyond work and I’m grateful to be part of a program filled with outstanding athletes, families, and coaches.

Whether it’s helping someone buy their first home, sell a property, or helping an athlete chase a dream, I’m fortunate to spend my time doing things I genuinely care about.
