Prime Group Shetland Park team members recently joined the City of Salem and members of the community to celebrate the city’s beloved trash truck “Chicken Nugget” with a cleanup of Palmer Cove Park.

We were thrilled to partner with Cuckie’s Soft Serve Ice Cream to provide ice cream and other treats for our friends and neighbors.

Meet Bianca, an exemplary employee who has been with Prime for almost 7 years! She is the lead security guard at Shetland Park, working hard every day to ensure all visitors and tenants have a safe and enjoyable experience.

⭐ Shetland guests and tenants would describe Bianca as a great listener. She takes the time to hear people out and understand how she can best assist them.

⭐ Bianca’s favorite part of working at Shetland is helping with all the community events we participate in, especially Haunted Happenings, the North Shore Pride Parade, and July 4th. Although they are high stress, she gets a sense of fulfillment from seeing everything come together.

⭐ Her favorite movie quote is a classic from Ferris Bueller’s Day Off: "Life moves pretty fast, you don't stop and look around once in a while, you could miss it."
