Our founding graduates of the Certified Real Estate Consultant program.

These aren’t just agents who took a course.
They’re the ones who raised their hand early… leaned into a shift in the industry… and chose to position themselves differently in front of their clients.

While most agents are still showing homes and hoping to win business,
these consultants are learning how to lead conversations, guide decisions, and build real long-term trust.

These first graduates represent our very first group. They saw the vision before it was fully built… and now they’re the ones setting the standard.

And we’re just getting started.

Happy Holidays!

With the new year approaching, I'll be working on a professional certification to set myself apart from the average realtor. My goal is to develop a "practice" to better serve my friends and my clients when it comes to all things real estate.

Today was closing day for Joyce!!! It's funny how my matchmaking instincts really seem to translate to the real estate business. I had a "hunch" when I first met Joyce where in Nashua would make her feel right at home. We looked at few other neighborhoods and kept coming back to this one. It took a while for "the right one" to come on the market and when it did, she was ready to make a great move, at just the right time. If it's "meant to be" it will be!!!! Congratulations, Joyce and to the kind seller who left behind some really thoughtful amenities to make her feel at home.
