Congratulations to the buyers.
THE BEST PART OF REAL ESTATE ISN'T THE HOUSES... IT'S THE PEOPLE.
Today was closing day for some very special buyers, and somehow they ended up giving me the gifts. 🥹🎁
Let me start by saying this: IMO- gifts are absolutely never expected or necessary.
The first gift you give me is simply choosing me to walk alongside you on your home-buying journey. ❤️
🏠 Touring homes together and watching your excitement grow.
🥳 Getting to make that phone call and say, "Congratulations! Your offer has been accepted!"
🎉 Making it through inspections and deciding this is still the home for you.
🙏 Getting the appraisal back and knowing we're one giant step closer to the finish line.
📋 Navigating lenders, title work, homeowner's insurance, contractors, utility transfers, signatures, addendums, amendments, questions, more questions, and all the little details in between.
Every one of those moments is a privilege. Every step is a reminder that you trusted me with one of the biggest decisions you'll ever make.
Then closing day arrives...
And these amazing buyers surprised me with the sweetest gift basket filled with thoughtful goodies, relaxation items, treats, and pampering essentials because they felt I had been patient and helpful throughout the process.
Truthfully, this is just who I am. I love what I do, and helping my clients reach the closing table is already incredibly rewarding.
As I was driving home today, I realized something:
This isn't really the end of our transaction.
It's the beginning of a new chapter.
What started as a business relationship has become a friendship, and that's one of the greatest rewards this career gives me.
