📢 Attention Oregon Real Estate Agents & Brokers!

Oregon’s new drone law (HB 3479) has important implications for how you hire and work with commercial drone pilots. The law now requires commercial UAS operators to carry aviation-specific liability insurance, and clients (that’s you!) must verify that coverage before a shoot begins.

That means:
✔️ Always ask for a current certificate of insurance
✔️ Don’t accept general liability alone — many policies exclude aircraft
✔️ Keep insurance copies on file before purchasing aerial media
