❤️ A Life That Almost Wasn’t… ❤️

Remember Mandy? The Southern Illinois county board wanted her put down.
But the warden begged us to take her. We made space.

Mandy had an inoperable tumor.
She couldn’t even clean herself. She was matted, struggling, and running out of time. We shaved her so she could be comfortable… and hoped—just hoped—someone would see what we saw.

And then Denice did. ❤️

Today, Denice says this about her and Mandy’s life:

“She’s a completely different cat than I brought home… just a normal kitty who plays, sleeps in bed, and cuddles. When she wants my attention, she taps my foot as I walk by. And she cleans herself all the time!!! No need for me to step in!!! She’s the love of my life!!!” Two old ladies sharing the rest of our lives together.”

Let that sink in.

The cat with the “inoperable tumor”…
The one they thought didn’t have a chance…

is now someone’s whole world 🌎
