I have already have several buyers reach out to me at the start of the year who are now taking advantage of this awesome grant program for first time homebuyers! It can also be bundled along other first time programs such as VA and FHA loans! 🏡
“This grant provides eligible first-time homebuyers with $10,000 to put towards down payment and closing costs. It is a true grant that never has to be repaid.
Qualifying careers include:
•Educators and school personnel
•Childcare workers
•Law enforcement officers, firefighters and first-responders
•Healthcare workers
•Active duty and military Veterans, Coast Guard, National Guard and Reservists
•Retirees of the eligible Community Hero professions listed above”
