What a summer! ☀️🏡 It was a record-breaking one for me, and I couldn’t think of a sweeter way to wrap up my summer closings than getting to do this one alongside my momma. ❤️ We don't do deals together very often, so this was special!

SOLD 🏡🤍

This one was such a special one! A good friend referred this sweet couple to me, and from the very first time we met, I felt like I had known them forever.

They had a big cross-country move ahead of them. With a strong game plan and a lot of faith we were able to get their Salem home listed, SOLD, and get them moved out of state to be closer to family...all within 30 days! 🙌

There were a lot of moving parts behind the scenes with this one, from coordinating with their lender and agent out of state, lots of communication back and forth, and even navigating an offer from buyers who had never stepped foot inside their home! 😳 It was definitely a first for me, but I made sure my sellers were protected every step of the way, trusted the process, and it all came together!

Sometimes you can just see the good Lord's hand in how everything falls into place, and this was definitely one of those times. ❤️

I am SO happy for these two and incredibly thankful that a referral brought them into my life. Wishing them nothing but happiness as they start this next adventure closer to family! 🥰

Yesterday our clients SOLD their beautiful home! 🏡❤️

This one took a little extra strategic planning because my sellers were in the process of building a new home. We needed to get this home on the market at just the right time...early enough to take advantage of the height of the spring market so we could get them the most exposure and top dollar, but also make the timing work with their new construction.

There were a lot of moving pieces behind the scenes, but that's part of what I love about this job. Every move looks a little different, and sometimes it's about more than just putting a sign in the yard. It's creating a plan that gets my clients from where they are to where they're going.

I'm so happy everything came together for this sweet family, and I'm incredibly thankful they trusted me to help guide them through it. Congratulations on closing this chapter and getting one step closer to your beautiful new home! 🥰🏡

Today was a special day. ❤️

Mom and I don't get the chance to work on deals together very often, but this time we did because it was for my sister and brother-in-law! They did an incredible job getting their home ready for the market, and all of their hard work paid off. We were so happy to get their home sold quickly and help them start the next chapter of their lives in a beautiful new place!

While it's always a little bittersweet to say goodbye to a home filled with so many memories, we're excited for all the new ones they'll make in their new place. Also, I'm excited for my sister to have us over for dinner on Sunday so I don't have to cook. 😂

Congratulations to my buyer on the purchase of his new home! 🏡🎉
