Today I had a client say to me…. Everyone else can figure out how to buy home, but not me. They are in a situation and are literally only months away from a pre-approval. We’ve been doing the things to get them there… today was just a day of disappointment (which sadly can happen in Real Estate). I said no not everyone. Then I researched the actual statistics. If ever you’re feeling discouraged, just know that you’re not alone, it can happen. All you need is the right realtor / lender team on your side! One of my favorite deals was long time friends who had to hustle like a couple of determined psychos… not because they were struggling but because their dreams were big! It was about 5 years of someday….and now it’s been a handful of years of adding to that day. Prepping their property to run their business out of it, growing the business and so much more. I bet my client I was on the phone with today that within a year I’m back on here posting their pic with a key in hand!!! 🩷 However for now, you all can look at the statistics I pulled this afternoon!
If you are dreaming of home ownership but aren’t sure how you can make that happen, call me and we can get you headed in the right direction!
