• Supply Trends: The number of homes for sale in Utah increased by 9.7% in October 2024 compared to the same month in 2023, with 11,434 homes listed.

Buyer Demand – Even with higher rates, many buyers are still actively searching, especially in the suburbs and areas where remote work is thriving. Inventory may be lower, but that means homes are often selling faster – so if you’re thinking about listing, now could be a great time!
