Welp, I’ve moved to Premiere Property Group! This is my first move since joining John L. Scott West Salem in 2013. I’m so thankful for all the opportunities, relationships, mentorship, and memories throughout my time there—especially thankful to Pat Cotter, Patti Booth, Christine Folz, Leslie Roth, Mel Lowery, Tom Hall, and the Reams (plus many, many others).

The past few years with Zach Fischer and David Wrightson took my career in a totally different direction-I got my Principal Broker’s License! More learning, more leadership, and a lot more laughs. I mean, we were managing 5 offices- WOW! The growth I saw in all three of us during those years was exponential—relationships I will forever value.

While not every experience has been a good one during my time in our office, and at times I’ve felt very defeated- at the end of the day I know I always handled every situation with respect, humility, and integrity. There’s always an opportunity to learn and grow, especially in the rough times.

I don’t make this change lightly, and it’s not a move made out of frustration or discouragement, but rather out of optimism and opportunity. I’m leaving an office that most agents would love to be part of—their culture and experience are something to be desired and admired. However, I’m hoping to have a home base closer to my hometown, something that’s always been a goal of mine. In addition, I’m joining an office with my newly licensed best friend, Gena Inches, and another good friend, Jesse Peterson. I’m looking forward to mentoring Gena while we all grow our business. I’ve been really impressed with Premiere Property Group’s tools that will help me better serve my clients. Plus, their marketing is top notch classy!

As always, I appreciate all of your continued support—I couldn’t do it without you! For the first time in a long time, I’m starting to feel the fire again.
