Luxury Acreage Market Update – Mid Willamette Valley

If you’ve been watching the rural luxury market around Scio, Lebanon, Stayton, Sublimity, Albany, and Corvallis, here’s what March is showing.

The median price for luxury acreage properties is now around $1.22M, up roughly 6% from this time last year, according to local MLS and CoreLogic data. 📈

Inventory remains extremely limited.
There are currently only 19 luxury acreage homes available, averaging about 27 days on the market.

For sellers, this is a market where presentation matters. Professional landscaping, strong photography, and drone video can make a big difference when marketing larger rural properties.
