I love the variety and challenges that come with construction.

Building homes is hard work and I LOVE it!

I started Perch Homes 10 years ago and have really enjoyed the growth, knowledge, and experiences that have come with it 🤍

Making great progress at our lot six project! Electrical, plumbing, mechanical are all in and we’re ready to insulate 🙌🏻. Design decisions are getting finalized 🤍

Up next: insulation, drywall, tile, trim, & cabinets!

It is always a busy job site but excited to see it taking shape!

1 level 3100+ sq ft plus 900 sq ft ADU. This home will be great for entertaining and enjoying sunsets over the ponds.

Floor design was tricky and took time to figure out. We wanted ADU to have access to 1 car garage, separate entrance, access to main house, & private patio. Clients are happy with the floor plan and appreciate the floor design collaborative process :)

Finishing up interior design selections while the foundation is being poured 🤍

We are excited for all the elements to fall into place!
