Huge congrats to my wonderful clients for closing on their first home!!!❣️🥹

Marshall & Kim - thank you!!! This transaction was not the smoothest one and we actually terminated the entire contract after some tough negotiations on repairs. 🤯 then, after a couple of days, we were able to come to terms that worked for all parties & we drafted up a new contract on the same property and now made it to the finish line! Couldn’t be more excited for you two & wishing you all the best in your new home🥰
