Where to even begin on this one.....

Maybe one of the most challenging deals I have done in my real estate career. A roller coaster would be an understatement🎢

All the glory is that of my clients for hanging in right into the last minute after many ups and downs. This whole transaction would have never been possible without all the people that had to come together to make it happen. I am beyond excited to see what happens when this place is renovated and what the final product becomes.

Congratulations again to my investor clients for the repeat business and for trusting me with such a complicated process, I know there were times you guys probably wanted to kill me too lol but we made itttt!

Special shout out to Caitlyn Ferreira for literally going above and beyond the call of duty to help get this one done on the lending side and putting on more hats than I can count.

A couple of all time highs from the past year. Previously the average first time buyer age was 33 the year before that....

This is crazy to think about as I just turned 35 myself and I was blessed to purchase my first home in my 20s. Looking at these stats I say....

1) Those of us that were able to purchase homes at a young age let us be thankful.
2) It is not a race to home ownership, I know many friends and family quite a bit younger than 36 that are very anxious for their chance to buy a home. Everyone knows by now how much the world has changed the past couple of years and it's simply more challenging than before. Don't give up your time will come.

WHAT A DIFFERENCE A YEAR MAKES📆

The first month of this year is in the books and already looking quite a bit different than last January and the end of year before that.

This is the current trend here in Salem, NH and I am seeing similar trends in other towns currently as well. The spring market is just around the corner🍀
