What an incredible journey it’s been helping this brave, tenacious lady transition to her new chapter! 🏡💖 After selling her home in Gresham, where she raised her kids and cherished the beautiful walking trails and wildlife, we captured some fun memories during our closing day photo shoot! 📸🐾

From prison walls to beachfront dreams! 🏖️💖

Congratulations to my buyers! So grateful that these friends trusted me to help secure their perfect home just two rows up from the ocean in Depoe Bay!
We first met when they came in to attend poetry readings and support the incarcerated students in my writers’ group at the Oregon State Penitentiary. It’s heartwarming to see them now living a dream they thought was years away! 🌞🎨

This beautiful space is not just a house; it’s a peaceful gathering place where they can work, create art, watch football, and relax with their loved ones and dogs. 🐾💻

Negotiating this transaction included some rough patches. But, it was an honor to navigate the repairs and jump the other hurdles on their behalf.
