Greetings Friends & Neighbors, I've always believed that property ownership is the step to one's future. Because of this idea, I became a real estate broker in Oregon. There's nothing like seeing my clients achieving their dream. Prior to becoming a RE broker, I am also a registered nurse and practiced over the last 35 years. I graduated from OHSU in OR. I'm a believer in courtesy and follow-up while navigating through the sometimes stressful times locating the right property all the way to closing in escrow.
I know it's tough right now. Interest rate are higher then we've seen in a long time. Prices are also higher than ever in Oregon. Inventory is low. But I would be more than happy to work with clients as we knock through those problems to reach our goal. This could also mean give and take, patience and for some waiting for a while longer. I would be happy to speak with you to see if this is the right time for you.
