Rarely is it about the house. From what I’ve seen it’s more about the memories held within. This transaction was a good reminder of that. Saying goodbye to your home that holds all of those memories after 14 years is always emotional and this one was no exception. But the beautiful part of a new chapter is all of the new memories to come! I’m truly thankful I got to help in the process even if the emotions got me choked up a time or two. A little late to post but I’m super excited for my buyers on this one! We were able to pick up 5 acres on the last lot on Thomas Creek before private timber ground. They used an FHA construction loan, meaning only 3.5% down on the property, site prep and the new manufactured home. Can’t wait to see it all come together!
