Congratulations to our sellers on the sale of their home in South Salem! They've started a new chapter out of state. Our goal was to make the process as smooth as possible since they're no longer in Oregon. When we went active, there were multiple homes in the neighborhood for sale (and continue to be). We've known this client for many years, and our main goal was to make sure she was well taken care of throughout the whole process. It's not easy to say goodbye to a home with decades of memories. It was time for her, so we made sure to find her just the right home in the perfect area! 👍
