The latest REALTORS® Confidence Index shows home prices continuing to rise, homes selling in under a month on average, and competition remaining steady as buyers stay engaged. While first-time buyer activity eased slightly from last month, demand continues to support a healthy, active market.

🏡 Median home price: $440,600
👥 First-time buyers: 33% of transactions
📈 21% of homes sold above list price
⏳ Median days on market: 28
