We spent the afternoon: 🌿 Sinking into deep relaxation and presence thanks to the incredible myofascial and craniosacral bodywork by Shaina Zeiger, LMT. 🌸 Tapping into the healing power of plant medicine with Reyna Kohl, crafting our very own custom aromatherapy bath salts and essential oil rollers to take home.
