This project has been challenging from the start to say the least. Today we finally poured a section of foundation wall for Building A. This will be the base for a 3 townhomes on Derby Street in Salem Ma. Follow along to see this project progress. It’s going to be an unbelievable place to live in downtown Salem once completed.

We finally have a footing poured at our . This will be the future home of five luxury townhomes in the heart of downtown Salem. It took a lot of patience to get here but we can finally start making some progress.

We opened up a access hatch on a first floor unit in a historic building today. We found over 3’ of space between the first floor unit ceiling and second floor units subfloor. The original material, seems to be all metal panels for walls and crown moulding details, we believe this space was once a storefront back in the day and had 11’ ceiling height. We didn’t they keep that ceiling height when converting it to an apartment? We will never know.

Transformation Thursday!

We acquired this 6 family in Salem a few months back and have been going to town on a facelift ever since.

Brand new windows, siding, roofing, and gutters fully transform with property to a rundown, high maintenance building to a very low maintenance esthetically pleasing building for people to call home.

We’ve also updated 3 of the 6 units inside and converted the old oil furnace and water heaters to high efficiency combi units to help all future occupants save money on their energy bills!

Next up is deck repairs and landscaping!

Closing Day!!

Today we closed on the first home up at subdivision in Rowley Ma.

We started framing this home back in July 17th and have been putting in the work day in and day out since then.

We are very happy and thankful for our buyers and wish them many many years of joy in their new home.
