I'm excited to officially begin a new chapter as a REALTOR® with Mac Westland Real Estate Group.
I've always believed that a handshake should mean just as much as a signed contract.
I'm Allen Rasnick, and I've spent my life working hard, keeping my word, and treating people the way I'd want to be treated.
For more than 35 years, I worked as a Senior Inspector overseeing multimillion-dollar transportation projects across multiple states. That career demanded precision, accountability, attention to detail, and protecting the interests of the people I served. Those same values are the foundation of how I serve my real estate clients today.
Long before real estate became my profession, it was already part of my life. As a real estate investor, horseman, cattleman, and landowner, I understand that buying or selling property is about much more than a house or a piece of land. It's about building a future, creating memories, and finding a place that truly feels like home.
Since the late 1990s, I've had the privilege of being a Certified Natural Horsemanship Trainer, having trained under internationally recognized horseman John Lyons. Helping people build trust and communication with their horses has reinforced something I believe applies to every relationship, trust is earned through patience, honesty, consistency, and respect.
After retiring from my career as a Senior Inspector, stepping into real estate felt like a natural next chapter. It allows me to continue serving others while giving my wife, Tiphanie, and me the flexibility to invest more time in what matters most; our faith, our marriage, our adult kids, our grandson, our family, the friends we consider family, traveling, and serving the people and communities we love.
