September 2026 housing data for Oregon showed continued declines in both sales and listings compared to a year ago, while home prices posted a modest increase. Total sales decreased 14.7% year over year, and active and pending listings declined 7.4% to 22,274 statewide. The median sales price rose 2.0% year over year to $510,000. Great people. Great conversations. Big ideas.

The Oregon REALTORS® Leadership Conference brought together leaders from across the state for two days of learning, training, and bringing out the best in each other. Attendees explored how to lead with purpose from keynote speaker Natalie Davis, a Colorado REALTOR®, national speaker, business coach, and Certified Ninja Selling Coach who shared strategies for building sustainable businesses, strengthening teams, and planning for the future.

From valuable insights to actionable ideas for their local associations and communities, attendees left with practical takeaways for the year ahead.

Thank you to everyone who helped make this year's conference such a success. We can't wait to see these ideas put into action across Oregon.

We’re excited to announce that Colin Mullane is the recipient of the Oregon REALTORS® 2026 Distinguished Service Award.

A REALTOR® in Southern Oregon since 2000, Colin has dedicated his career to serving the real estate industry and his community. As the principal broker and part-owner of Full Circle Real Estate in Ashland, he has championed homeownership, private property rights, and professional excellence at the local, state, and national levels.

Colin served as Oregon REALTORS® President in 2015 and was named Oregon REALTOR® of the Year in 2017. His leadership has also taken him to the national stage, where he has served in numerous volunteer leadership roles with the National Association of REALTORS®, including committee chair, Regional Vice President, REALTOR® Party Director, and NAR Liaison.

In 2026, Colin began serving as the National Association of REALTORS® First Vice President, a significant leadership role representing REALTORS® across the country. Colin is also a mentor and educator, sharing his knowledge and expertise to support professional development and excellence throughout the industry.

August 2026 housing data for Oregon shows continued softening in sales alongside flat pricing and shrinking inventory compared to a year ago. Total sales decreased 13.6% year over year, while the median sales price held essentially flat at $510,000 compared to August 2025. Listings declined 5.5% year over year to 23,470 statewide, with inventory at 5.91 months, still within the 6-month "balanced market" range, though down 7.2% year over year.
