I'm in awe of how contractors can "jack up" a house to repair/replace rotting sills! This one was in Oak Bluffs (Martha's Vineyard). Nice that the house is being preserved rather than being demo'd and a new house built. ♥️🔨🏚️🔧🏡

This Newburyport property was a real test of time and patience. I listed it in July 2024 and it needed court approval. The seller died 10 days before closing in 2025 and then we went through Probate.... Thankfully the family was happy with my efforts and wrote a 5⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️review for me on Zillow: Deb was great at communicating all the developments with the property and sale. It was a difficult process with conservators and lawyers were involved due to an untimely passing of a family member. It took over a year and a lot of effort to sell this property. I would recommend Deb to anyone who wants a friendly and communicative realtor with inside knowledge of the process.

Most people would say, "What a beautiful rhododendron" but septic inspectors say "rhododendrons have very pervasive root systems.... They shouldn't be planted near leach fields.". (I expected to see a LOT MORE roots or FATTER roots in the hole....). Another problem at this house.... They made a screen porch right over the top of the septic tank.... Half of the tank is accessible in the yard. (I can't make this stuff up.... This was part of my home inspection today.)

Another home sold, this time in Windham! Most people think "spring" is the best time to sell and that was a major discussion point with this seller. I advised them if they wanted to "beat the market" it's better to go on the market in February. With over 30 open house attendees and multiple offers, the sellers were thrilled!
