🏡 Home sales are rising: The U.S. housing market saw a steady increase in closed sales for the fourth consecutive month, with May numbers climbing 7.9% compared to April.

📈 Inventory shows slight growth: Across the major metro areas surveyed, the total number of homes on the market is up 2.0% compared to this time last year.
