Following a career on Wall Street, Rich spent seven years as a contract employee with FDIC during the 19
90's banking crisis, and has served as a distressed loan consultant to banks, pension funds, and institutional investors, making him uniquely qualified to guide his clients through the turmoil of the current real estate market. Rich has worked for some of the largest real estate brokerage firms in the country. He created Seaport Realty after growing frustrated with the large brokerage companies' focus on their own profits rather than on doing right by their clients.
