Hey guys,

Check out this article in INC. Magazine. This is that cool Evernote App. THIS THING IS BUILT FOR YOU and all of us if we are smart. I have been using it at in a small level, but am really getting it going and using as a client database, Vegan database, things to get back to database and on and on. I can record info about them in so many ways (photo, location, voice, etc.) you name it. I place TAGS to it specific to my organization needs or not. It automatically remembers by time, date, names, places, location, words, all by itself. IT IS CRAZY!!! This is a must for life and business.... To recall the information, you just type in anything you remember from the experience and it somehow seems to have stored it.
AWESOME!!

Let me know how you like it and are using it. I am going to use it more and more.. It seems as if the more ways I hear of people using it, the more I like it.

Check out one of properties we are working on purchasing as a short sale with private money. I have been working with the homeowner for weeks and have been helping her come up with some solutions to remove this nightmare from her life. She moved out of State about a year ago and has had problems with this home ever since then. Renters trashed it, vacant listed home was broken into and vandalized, etc. A too common story these days... NOW TELL ME WHY INVESTORS ARE NOT ESSENTIAL IN THIS MARKET..

WOW! Here goes another property basically sold before it is even fully remodeled to a couple that needed some help with financing to own their own home again. THIS IS AWESOME!! The investor that helped fund this property is getting a sweet 5-7% on his money, SECURED BY REAL ESTATE. (Sorry can't tell you the exact amount) We are set up to do this all day!!
