This good man came to us by way of referral, which we are always so grateful for. (Thanks Craig!) He was heading out of state but in no big hurry. We did our initial walk through, he took our suggestions & the showings began. Maybe we should mention that he did not drive a car. March dawned quite rainy & cold. Typically sellers are not present during buyer showings and he was a real trooper about finding a quick place to land for a half hour or so. A great buyer & his broker showed up and we were in business. Today we called him to let him know his transaction was complete & he was almost to his WY destination. Blessings over you, Doug, as you begin anew, back with your family & new property to move into. Thank you for your business! Thanks also to .stackpole for her help in escrow!
